Wireless Network Solution
While the term wireless network may technically be used to describe any type of network is wireless, the term is most commonly used to refer to a telecommunications network interconnections between nodes is performed without the use of child as a computer network (which is a type of communications network). Configurations are easily changed and range from peer-to-peer suitable for a small number of users to full infrastructure networks of thousands of users that enable roaming over a wide area.
Examples wireless equipment in common use today include:
· Professionals LMR (Land Mobile Radio) and SMR (Specialized Mobile Radio) typically used by companies, industrial and public safety entities
The use of two-way radio and FRS (Family Radio Service), GMRS (General Service Mobile Radio) and the Citizen Band (CB)
• The Amateur Radio Service
· Power Consumption and professional Marine VHF radios
· The cell phones and pagers: provide connectivity for portable and mobile applications, both personal and professional.
· Global Positioning System (GPS): allows pilots, captains of ships and boats, planes and pilots to identify or locate your position anywhere on earth.
• The wireless computer peripherals, wireless mouse is a common example, keyboards and printers can be connected to a computer via Wi-Fi
• Enables wireless telephone sets: these are the characteristics of limited scope, not to be confused with cell phones.
· Satellite television: allows viewers in almost any place of hundreds of channels.
